Army Education Services WRNMMC Continuing Education Mission Statement:
the mission of Army Education Services WRNMMC is to vigorously promote lifelong learning opportunities for Army Soldiers by serving as the leaders in providing and managing quality self-development programs and services.
In support of this mission, Army Education Services is teamed with the Navy College Program, NSA Bethesda to provide comprehensive education services for the installation. Army Education Services personnel also cover the needs of local activities such as the US Army Garrison Forest Glen, the Warrior Transition Brigade, the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, and the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS).
WRNMMC Army Education Services goals are:
To increase efficiencies and effectiveness in the delivery and management of comprehensive and full-service adult and continuing education programs and services for all military, personnel and civilian personnel of the WRNMMC and US Army Garrison Forest Glen areas.
To continue to integrate the Army Continuing Education System as a partner in the Army's Distance Learning Plan using standardized distance-learning structures.
To integrate emerging technologies which enhance military training and education.
To provide academic programming, services and training support that relate to the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center mission to provide research, education and training in support of the Department of Defense Health Care System, the United States Army Garrison Forest Glen, and the Warrior Transition Brigade, Bethesda.

Effective 1 October 2012, IAW OPORD 12-145, Army Education Centers will no longer be able to offer proctoring services for students with testing requirements from academic institutions. Students must contact their institution to identify acceptable proctors.
