Submit a HELPDESK CASE for assistance with GoArmyEd (holds, course planner, etc.) Log into your GoArmyEd account and click the green question mark icon. Submit a case. You will receive a response through your GoArmyEd account.

CLEP and DSST
CLEP and DSST exams must be scheduled with an Education Counselor prior to testing.
For CLEP exams individuals must register on collegeboard.org and bring in their CLEP ticket number
CLEP and DSST testing hours:
Monday - Friday at 0900, 1100, and 1400
The DSST Principles of Public Speaking exam must be scheduled through the testing center by emailing ntc@umgc.edu.

Army Personnel Testing is available for TABE, AFCT, SIFT, and more.
The DA Form 4187 must be submitted by your S1 and signed by your commander for the following tests: SIFT, and AFCT
The Army Education Center has developed several DA Form 4187s into a fillable PDF format. Just click on the name of the test you want to schedule and the form will be ready to complete. Also included, is a link to instructions about completing the form and returning it to the Education Center.
