Testing Center services are by appointment ONLY. Walk-in Testing Center services are NOT available.
Army Personnel Tests (APT) available include: Armed Forces Classification Test (AFCT), Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) for Enlistment, Defense Language Aptitude (DLAB), Defense Language Proficiency Tests (DLPTs), the Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI), Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE), GT Predictor, and Selection Instrument for Flight Training (SIFT).
Air Force Air University distance learning (AUDL) tests available for Professional Military Education (PME) include Airman Leadership School (ALS) Course 15, Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (SNCOA). Also available are Career Development Course (CDC) distance learning exams.
Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES) test offered for military are paper-based American College Testing (ACT) and
Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT).
Please contact the colleges listed below directly to get additional information about their degree plans and for enrollment assistance. There are 2 academic institutions offering face-to-face classes: University of Maryland University College (UMUC) and University of Oklahoma (UO). A Bachelor's degree requires 120 semester hours, an Associate degree typically requires 60-65 semester hours, and a Certificate program usually requires 15-32 semester hours of credit.
University of Maryland University College, Europe
UMUC offers Master's degrees in Business Administration (MBA), Cybersecurity Technology, Information Technology (MSIT), Criminal Justice Management, Homeland Security Management, and Social Work (MSW). The college also offers lower and upper level courses, leading to a Bachelor's degree. On-site Undergraduate classes typically meet twice a week in the evening; 3 hours per class session during an 8 week period. UMUC also offers several Associate's of Arts degrees including General Studies, Computer Studies, Management Studies, Accounting and Business/Management Curriculum. Course instruction is offered on-site and online.
The University of Maryland University College Europe National Test Centers (NTCs) offer on-site testing services including:
College Level Examination Program (CLEP) Tests, DANTES Standardized Subject Tests (DSST), and Pearson View online examinations and certifications. Centers also provide external proctoring services for other organizations.

The University of Oklahoma
The University of Oklahoma offers a Master of Arts degree in International Relations. The Master of Arts in International Relations has been developed from an interdisciplinary context. Courses are offered in communication, political science, history, human relations, geography and economics. The degree can be completed within 16 to 24 months.

Multi-Use Learning Facility
The Multi-Use Learning Facility, at the USAG Benelux Education Center on SHAPE, has available for use by all U.S. ID card holders a computer lab and classrooms. The computer lab is equipped with five computer terminals each with Internet access and CAC readers. As well as being available for individual use, these computers are available for unit or group training. The four classrooms vary in size with the largest being able to accommodate up to 35 people. These rooms are perfect for unit briefs, promotion boards, meetings, and training. Two of the classrooms are equipped with SMART Boards, which have Internet access.
