After you have been admitted to the Army ROTC program and are determined to be scholarship-eligible, you will be able to use GoArmyEd to manage your merit-based scholarship for up to the full cost of tuition at over 1,100 colleges and universities nationwide. Follow these simple steps to manage your scholarship in GoArmyEd.

Select your courses
Submit your USACC course planner
  • Once you have created your GoArmyEd Account, you will be prompted on your GoArmyEd homepage to upload an approved USACC Form 104-R (Planned Academic Program Worksheet) to the USACC Course Planner tool in GoArmyEd.
  • Enter all of your required courses for your degree to the USACC Course Planner.
  • Submit your USACC Course Planner for auto approval.
Enroll in Classes
Each Term You Need to Enroll With Your School
  • After you submit your USACC Course Planner, you must enroll in classes directly with your school each semester.
  • GoArmyEd automatically enforces U.S. Army Cadet Command (USACC) regulations to help you manage your merit-based scholarship.

A system hold will be applied to your GoArmyEd account to enforce USACC regulations and will be removed automatically when the issue is resolved. For more information on holds and how to resolve them, contact your Program Cadre.
Cadet Payment Request Complete payment request each term
  • In GoArmyEd you will be able to process a Cadet Payment Request (CPR) each term by selecting courses to be approved and payed for by scholarship funds.
  • Depending on your school and how youd ecide to apply your scholarship funds, you will select Tuition and Fees, Room and Board, or Tuition and Fees-Flat Rate when you make a payment request.
  • Note: If you select Room and Board you WILL NOT be able to select Tuition and Fees for the same term.
  • Note: You will not be able to select Room and Board for a Summer Term.
