Email Delays
    

There are significant delays with several email domains external to GoArmyEd that may affect you receiving important information from GoArmyEd. If your preferred email address is with Yahoo.com, the Army's mail.mil or the usar.mail.mil domain, you may be affected.

If you are able to access your GoArmyEd homepage:

Soldiers and DA Civilians can view emails sent from GoArmyEd by doing the following:

  1. Log into your GoArmyEd account
  2. Select “My Education Record” in the Smart Links section
  3. On the next screen, select the “CTS Note” tab to view emails

Soldiers and DA Civilians can view status of a case by doing the following:
  1. Log into your GoArmyEd account
  2. Scroll to the Helpdesk Cases section
  3. View the status of open cases by selecting the icon in the Case Details column for the case or select the dropdown arrow in the "Display Cases" field and select the “Closed” option to view a closed case

Army Education Personnel and Schools can view the status of a case by doing the following:
  1. Log into your GoArmyEd account
  2. Scroll to the Helpdesk Information section
  3. Select the Create/Track Helpdesk Cases link
  4. Next select the "Closed Cases" tab
